Barter stand always pings unless you have vandal perms

Visitor gates on a Vclaim, right clicking on a barter stand gives "This land is owned by _________" warning click. You need vandal to not get this.

Isn't a very nice sound to be getting if you want to look at barter stands, and you can't give out vandal perms to people using stands.
