Feathered Sunfeather not unlocking

I think this is a bug as I've attempted to figure this out for a bit.

According to the wiki (which could be wrong) you need animal husbandry and feathers, stone and string to make this curio. I've gathered the items myself, not from a stock pile and even have other items that I can craft that require feathers, stone or string. So I don't know what else I might be missing. Anyone know if the wiki is out of date?

Or if I'm just being a big dummy and overlooking something else?

Wiki could just have bad information on what skills are needed. Sounds like you've discovered everything. Any skills you don't have yet?

Yeah, a number of them. None that seems to make sense though. I have animal husbandry, the only skill that the wiki says is required. I also just attempted to buy a few to see if it might be some other skill that is required. No luck so far.
