Huge Performance Drop

Just logged in after a while and now my game runs at 20 fps ..... what happened? Last update? Some Java Update? Only me?

I'm on Nvidia 970.

Solved:

I bet it was a Java Update that deleted my custom settings for Javaw on the Nvidia Control Panel ( I have to use everything disabled for H&H).
Disabled everything again and now I'm back to 60fps.

I guess this is the problem you are facing with Nvidia, there is some default settings for Nvidia that kills perfomances ..... haven't tested yet every setting one by one.
