stockpiles disappearing

I've lost several rock stockpiles within just a few minutes from placing them. Anyone else experiencing this?

Other stockpiles like dirt which use to slowly disappear and create a hill now stay what seems like forever.

Also items dropped on the ground now stay for hours

Decay hits are random, and stockpiles on unclaimed ground can certainly be hit by them.

these are on my P-Claim though, so there should be no decay
