Looking at decimal digits it feels like my tool q is being halved before softcapping. Is it intended?
Looking at how it's a special stone, acquired only by fully completing a credo, it's a bit weird that it's mining conditions are worse than those of any other common stone available to everyone.
Could it be that there is a typo in the code?

Maybe toolQ*1.5 accidentally turned into toolQ*0.5?
Or toolQ*2 -> toolQ/2?
