can't switch character from options menu while outlawed

you can only switch characters while outlawed by restarting your client (or using a bed) to reach the character menu. the switch character button acts as if you are trying to log out

You can forcefully log out, without closing the game, by opening the console (shift + ; ) and typing ":lo".

This explained absolutely nowhere in the game. Perhaps there should be a confirmation window that would inform you what being outlawed means, and ask you if you're sure you want to log out.

Also side note, if you go to sleep in a bed, you're pushed to the character selection screen. But this isn't even mentioning the fact that you're still outlawed and you can die in the bed too lmao.

I already KO'd like 3 sprucecaps that charged to their beds while I was quick barraging them. I think people actually think it's an instant "safe" log out.
