Cannot build "Lantern Stand"

I have Metal working, I have metal bars unlocked. I can make other metal objects, cannot make Lantern Stand.
I tried reinstalling vanilla client, same issue; doublechecked learned lore, only thing not learned is Murder, but I doubt you need Murder to make a lantern Stand

I figured that was the case, still the same. ill try an irrilantern too since i havent made one of them yet

EDIT: I just made irrlantern, and its in the list now.. friggin weird
