Foods not adding FEP or satiation

I'm encountering a bug where foods are not adding FEP or satiation, making it impossible to level stats. They still regenerate energy, but I've tried 20 different foods and none of them add FEP. I tried relogging, and setting my hearthfire/hearthing to it, and still food doesn't work

Hello friend!

That's intended. You need to be at a table feasting OR you need to be at green energy level (8000%+ and healing) in order to gain FEPs.

Is that new? I always used to get levels when at low energy
