Is there any knew issue trying to connect the server from Africa (Morroco)

There shouldn't be any issues. The only reason I can think of is if either your computer or, in the worse case, your ISP is enacting some sort of firewall that might only allow HTTP(S) connections. You may want to check antivirus/firewall settings to see if that may be the case.
