stacks on the ground disappearing

Hello,

Today i've noticed that two stacks that i had on the ground (one with stones, second with earthworms) that i had next to each other placed on the floor with stone paving just disappeared. I am fully palisaded and claimed, nobody has access. It literally happened within an hour of gameplay.
