Eating below 8k energy with table feast ?

So with new world and new patch is says '''If energy is below Healing (8000%) when eating, the only effect of eating is to gain energy. FEPs, hunger, satiations &c are only affected when eating while Healing.''

But when u eat below 8k energy with using table feast u're still getting FEP/Hunger ,and when u eat food from inventory without table but using right click oprion on food (eating), it works as patch says u are only getting energy .

I just don't get it ,patch doesn't say anything about eating below 8k energy by using table feast and still getting FEP/hunger.It doesn't say u need to eat only from inventory or any other box to gain only energy when u are below 8k energy.

is it intended?
