Game crashes when I try to access Quest Log

Every time I try to access my Quest Log, either through the Character Sheet or by clicking on the tracked quest, the game crashes. It was working just fine earlier today! But now I can't access it at all and I need to be able to do that because I'm working on sacrificing things for the ancestors. I'm using a vanilla client. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? Or do I just have to reinstall the game?
