Markers on minimap using 2 clients

When I'm using 2 clients at the same time (Ender with Ender or Ender with Kami) and Im adding new markers to the map, they are disapering (not always) when Im restarting clients. Any solution for that?

It's a multi-logging issue with vanilla. I doubt you'll find an easy solution.
