rebuild a minehole impossible

Hello, I've discovered a very annoying bug.

I originally had a house, with a basement, and in it I had access to the minehole.

then the house was demolished after a raid.

I recreated the house in exactly the same place, to the exact pixel.

i redid the cellar. impossible to place the minehole.
i tried to remove all the pavement, as well as the pallisade, but all the area bellow seemed occupied.

Idem for the elevator, which was outside,

do you have a solution or a patch?

you have some things under the house with minehole, need clear 8x8 or 9x9
