Something seems broken with terrain regrowth

Postby Vesena » Fri Sep 20, 2024 7:41 pm

In the second week of this world, I flattened some land to build my pali, turning the surrounding terrain into dirt. Over time, the surrounding lichen wold naturally reclaimed the dirt tiles. Except one. Almost a year later with (presumably) only a few weeks of this world left, that one tile remains dirt. At a guess maybe this particular tile has a cursed set of internal coordinates that cause a rounding or divide by zero error that make it skip the regrowth check or set it to an absurd time?

Do you live off the spawn continent?
If so, probably nobody entered the map grid to trigger the terrain growth because world pop has been low.
