Spindly Taproots give way too much hunger

Taproots give a disproportionally massive amount of hunger, 1.2%-1.5% depending on quality, for no FEPs. They need to be more like 0.05% hunger like berries, and if you dont want us to abuse them for variety bonus just remove fepless foods giving variety.
