Thingwall teleport dumped me into deep water

I was using thingwalls to travel pulling a cart, on one of the hops the cart and I landed in deep water and I was swimming. I was able to swim to the shallow water, but the cart was stuck and trying to pull it just caused a 'cart was blocked' message.

haha. thingwalling should just have a random chance to kill or disfigure you in a freak teleporter accident.
