Unable to claim hat in hearth fire

I can't claim my old hats in my hearth fire even if I right click it nothing comes out. please help
I stopped playing for 1-2 years and just came back playing after steam released

Just for sanity check, can you show screenshot of them available on your hearthfire also?

While Store screen clearly shows that you purchased them, hats can be handed over to other players with loss of your ownership, thus can't state posession.
