milling mistake

place a saw mill in my wind mill but before completing it also placed a flour mill and now the flour mill has all parts but wont "build" for lake of batter words. i have a picture but its to big to load here so that doesn't help..

mashinery needs power,

windmills have 1 power
and watermills have 2 power.

mashinery cant be built unless there is available power in the building

so you simply cant build 2 things intoo an windmill
