Stack turned into single item of q3

I harvested my q44 red onions earlier today, logged off in my bed, and upon relogging back in, the stack of 3 q44 onions I left in my inventory had transformed into a single red onion of q3.

I am honestly baffled by this, not sure how this could have happened.

if something is needed from my end, do tell.

I swear I had a full stockpile of q100 steel bars and it turned into a full stockpile of low quality copper, devs please fix
