Tailor Credo Quest Bug

Received a quest to bring an artifact for Char +3 or better to Arnlinde(Yes, its the right frog) and it won't take the item(yes I'm clicking on the frog not the rock ) whether I try to hand in hemp with +3char or clogs etc. I already completed the first portion of the quest just in case/restarted client on Ender and tried via Vanilla.

Ah yes, traditional frogs in the clogs, almost as popular as elf on the shelf. It probably will not accept the present until the Yule
