This is being posted on behalf of a friend. I attempted to help him be able to connect to the game via the Steam client, however he is receiving an error when trying to launch the game. This started Friday (2/21) and has continued since.
Based on my attempts to help him with this issue, it appears that his computer is unable to hit the URL it's attempting to use for connecting to the game (game.havenandhearth.com), he can reach the website via a browser but cannot reach it from the game launcher and cannot ping the IP or the DNS names. He can, however, ping ansgar.seatribe.se
He is also unable to ping the IPv6 Address.

I can gather more info if need be, if this isn't obvious from the post alone. I have a recording of a Help Desk session I did when attempting to troubleshoot for the user, but I'll need to wait 'til tomorrow to grab information from it if it'll be helpful. I did a couple of things though to try and help (such as setting his DNS manually to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4, having him disable IPv6 then re-enable, flushing DNS, restarting the router, and uninstall/reinstall the game).
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
