Bugged animals after patch

Clearing my animal pens I am struggling to butcher my culls as their bodies sink under the earth and are unable to be targeted. For goats and cattle their heads were visible and I could harvest them, but reindeer are unable to be butchered past skinning as I can't find the exact pixel required to finish the job. Took several clicks to pick up the carcass.
The existence of a girlfriend implies the existence of a girlfoe & that is the service I'll be offering.
