Able to take fish from knarr on an active claim

I was able to steal fish from a knarr on an active claim by butchering it right from the cargo - I couldn't do this with the pelican carcasses or take anything else. The claim security was so tight I couldn't even pick a berry while skirting the palisade. Not sure if relevant, but the knarr was at 75%. I put the fish back after realizing this was probably a bug so that I'm not exploiting.
