Horse won't give birth

This horse has been pregnant for weeks and won't give birth. Its the only mare in the pen so i would know if it had. It is being fed.
It's branded and stolen from an inactive claim so maybe that mattered, and maybe it didnt have space i thought.

Tried to put it off claim, with food in a place were it had more space but after an additional week, no change.

I think branded animals only breed on the claim of the brand. The purpose of branding is to make the animals useless to anyone who steals them; unfortunately it means abandoned branded animals are only good for slaughter or, in the case of horses, riding.
