PC randomly slows down to a crawl.

HI, When I play this my PC randomly slows to a crawl(sometimes it doesn't) I'll close it(or restart) and after a few minute it's back to normal. Any idea what could be doing this? My specs are obviously fine for this i9 14900k 64GB of ram a RTX4080 and 2 1 TB SSD.
