Think the mound bed are buged

I have 2 mound beds in my garden and Part of it says (You cannot plant crops in frozen ground.) right next to a mound bed .https://imgur.com/a/aKTdLEq

That mound bed is decayed already, so it won't work anymore. Needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately the moundbed tooltip doesn't say shit about it, so people assume it lasts at least until winter is over. It's not the case, it has a set duration which got fucked with the speedup.
