waiting to resolve resource reference

ive been playing for a while now and i get frequent issues of crashing occasionally but itll usually sort itself out, however now this morning when i came on all im getting is waiting to resolve resource reference 10462. Ive uninstalled and reinstaled, verified game files, cleared caches, i still get the same problem. does anyone have any ideas, i put a lot of work into getting where im at rn

Restarting to hopefully fix this.
