thats pretty game breaking, any chance you modified the client to cause that?

I'm on 210ms and don't get this, maybe I'm too slow on the click tho

I couldn't replicate the issue as described in my previous post.

Issue relevant to OP might be that the cursor changing (for example, when shift+right-clicking a ripe crop to get the AoE harvest cursor) is also tied to unnecessary server-side "rubber-stamp" instead of being done clientside (client would only need to transmit once is actually left-clicked, to my understanding.)

I can't confirm this with hard evidence, but there seems to be a delay (noticeable when you actively observe) for the cursor to change.

im too lazy to run wireshark these days
if you decide to go this route dont forget to capture the handshake so you can read the encrypted msgs

wonder if could be rendering lag, maybe test without shadows, limit fps, etc
