Add Lapidary credo

Lapidary depends on Gem Hunter.
Grinding the Lapidary's Facet promises:

• Custom Toolset. Perception bonus from equipment is doubled. Adds an option to Split gems (to the Flower Menu).
• Fine Polish. Ability to process semi-precious rocks (Apatite, Bloodstone, Malachite, Jasper, Kyanite, Sodalite, Sunstone, Fluorospar, Obsidian, and Olivine) into a Rough gemstone. (Halved chances for any cut above cabochon? Low gilding bonuses / curio LP? Q = ? Gem size = ? I dunno)
• Advanced Faceting. Adds more cuts: trilliant cut, Barion cut, Lone Star cut.
• Expert Defectoscopy. First cut reveals gem's integrity - Perfect, Flawless, Regular, Flawed, or Chipped. Higher integrity lowers failure rate significantly.
• Diamond Blade. Adds the ability to process a Rock Crystal as a Rough Jotun gemstone.
