Pick dried sponge - Right-click a body of saltwater or a container with salt water - select "Rehydrate", receive brand-new Seasponge with it's Q = (SpongeQ + SaltwaterQ)/2
This way of quality spiraling will make Seasponges actually worth foraging for, and the Diver's Weight more useful and not just a one-time-used-otherwise-useless thingamajig.
