Hearth magic to sprout a new sapling from a tree, either at equal q to the tree, or (Q+10)/2floor:10. Makes it more possible to get a hold of trees that can't be found often, and a bit less work for arborists in exchange for xp

Mulch pot and water "requirements" on wild tree seeds aren't really a requirement, but almost always a boost to quality. I prefer that it be a guaranteed way to source seeds(no tree failure chance) that has a tradeoff of slower q growth in exchange for less seed hunting.

You can plant tree from seed w/o pots and stuff and use Green Thumb hearth magic if it gets stunted.

It's more so for trees where the seeds are a rare enough commodity that people regularly pick all of them(ie cork or olives depending on continent)
