Quest reward choice

Hello dear Jorb and Loftar!
I hope impulse of new development still going and i could ask with hope to get )

Can you make possible to choose quest reward (tired to get lp/gild/some shit laying around instead of exp i am trying to grind)
Maybe i am asking too much, but maybe it not that hard to implement and later it will help to improve whole questing system.
Like see the rewards, see how you can success better, even choose hardness of quest (more steps - harder steps = better rewards)

Something like that (sorry for my Paint-AI-Photoshop beauty as an example)

yes, but even pick between lp and exp is already a big deal.

And within other options thats could be packs of local resources from questgivers areas (in case you can choose what to take), like all spots are in cooldown or covered, but you could, anyway, got some res through questing

And wandering sage it again xD to make area add-on to changin quality to specific animals/res/water, to level up base Q line (will stay forever, so one day its mammoth 80+any amount from seasonal quality swap, the other day its 80 + 1 from questing + season swap, would be great)

Some interesting suggestions, not sure if I want to +1 any of them rn (expect for bringing back q increase, huge -1)

I'd like to see the hunger reward removed and the quests finally fully taking seasons into account, (shoutout to "pick morels" quest at the start of the spring and "defeat a bear" at the start of the winter). There is also a weird issue I've had, whenever I would quest for let's say two hours, questgivers start to go on some sort of cooldown that won't let me click "report back" multiple times in a row (the button just disappears for 15 seconds or so). This one is pretty niche but would be nice to at least know why it is happening.
