Option for stacks to show range instead of average quality?

Would it be nice if there was an option at least where stacks would intead of showing the average in quality inside of it, it would show its maximum and minimum instead.

Ultima Online launched in 1997. In UO you can put bags inside your bags. Filling your bag with 100 small bags sucks donkey dick, and after 5 minutes of using that system everybody intuitively understands it's bad.

Because of that it's an extinct inventory management system in modernity. I can't think of a single other game that uses it, and even in modern UO you're not really going to have more than a few bags in your bag.

Meanwhile in Sweden: "what if we put 200 of inventories of meat inside your inventory?" Jorbtar isn't retarded because they tried something that didn't work. They're retarded because they tried something that has 30 years of evidence it won't work, then left it in after it didn't work because of sunk cost.

Stacks will never be good. Nobody likes them. The only people who ever defend them are just conflating them being strong with them being good. It would be better to remove stacks and make inventories bigger. It also would've been way less work to implement. It would be less work to implement that improving stacks still. But they will never escape the sunk cost because they are retarded.

I think the only reason to add them was the new approach or new engine loftar found to optimize storage usage, i/o operations or both for inventories.

I haven't talked to Wowgain about it, but I can assure you Wowgain does not like stacks. He just hates only being able to hold 5 items more than he hates stacks

you might be right. I kinda miss having a more limited inventory, feels like we can just hold too much now, but maybe im just insane. Either way, for the record, i do not like stacks either, but i'd hate it slightly less if my suggestion was implemented.
