Makr Q of mined correlate with hardness

Subj.
I hate when on lvl9 I push str just to mine some Quartz by 1% and then see that it is Q60

I inquired about the reality of the situation—how rock quality changes with depth and whether there is a correlation. This is what I found.

"Yes, the quality of a rock (its physical and mechanical properties) is directly related to its difficulty of extraction. In mining, there is a concept called "rock hardness" (according to Professor Protodyakonov's scale), which determines how difficult it is to break a rock. Here's how extraction difficulty relates to quality:
High Strength = Difficulty of Extraction: High-quality rocks (high strength, hardness, and density—e.g., granite, quartzite) are more difficult to drill and blast. They require greater energy and time investment, as well as specialized tools.
Low Strength = Ease of Extraction: Weak, fractured, or porous rocks (clays, loose sandstones) are easy to extract, but their quality as a building material or ore is usually lower.
Fracturing: If a rock is strong but highly fractured, it is easier to extract, but the quality of the final product (e.g., crushed stone) will be lower due to the high content of fines.

Thus, the higher the quality (harder and denser) of the rock, the more difficult it is to mine."

I also saw a thread somewhere where they suggested significantly increasing the quality of rocks at level 8-9 (and adding level 10), so there is demand for this.
My english is bEd.

In my opinion, it would completely destroy the 'RNG' charm of Hafen. For exactly the same reason as you've described. As far as I see it (maybe just a fluke in my judgement) the devs actually want it to be unpredictable.

Mining, basically is a 'slot machine': it has the same vibes as the 'Gold rush'. Irrational desire to find a 'gold vein' (valuable stone, ore, ...). Ain't this is the reason most people dig deeper?

Making it predictable would make it more static and fake. Therefore I think the current system was intended and it works. As in: every achievement requires your blood and sweat.
I hate you! Yes, you!
How does it matter when you die? Today? In hundred years? What will be left of you after millennia?

Our primary development direction is toward object-controlled-objects.

That rock is very much too hard for you to mine.
