suggestions for new friendly pvp world events

Hello,

my suggestion is to add some events kinda like meteor that are more accessible to solo people or small villages.

Minigame 1 would be a global message about some foul stench in the air... you would follow the hearth magic and it would lead to one of multiple troll cave entraces. depending on the entrance on the surface you use determines the starting zone on the minigame map. the idea is that multiple independant smaller groups will be able to participate. or if a large group enters they will be forced to fight the smaller groups in confined areas removing their advantage. my idea is that this would be a no death zone, you get KO'd by a cave in, player or the troll and you just get booted out to HF.

Minigame 2 would be a highlander game... global message about how there can only be 1... there would be multiple entrances which would put everyone into a starting room. after that everyone distributed into sealed rooms with a random biome. the biome might contain animals as well to make it interesting. the room would be small enough that everyone can see eachother... then everyone would be placed in spar mode with eachother.... once your defeated your teleported out. only 1 winner per room. if you win a room it unlocks a reward chest and a door. the door leads to the next free for all arena until there is only 1 person left.

this means giant pvp villages could enter like 20 guys but they will be forced to backstab eachother because only 1 person goes through to next room. Hermits could enter and learn how to fight and maybe even win a room.

At this point the game just needs instanced pvp of some sort, especially some that you can just queue for and join without having to travel across the world. Permadeath or looting gear or only wounds or no consequences, whatever they want.

If they want rewards for pvp, it should be stuff that reduces the chore tedium, not stuff that gives a massive industry boost like meteors were at one point. If it just gave some okish curios, food or exp quickly and easily so I don't have to make as many, maybe it would be used. Or some enchantments that speed up your mining/farming/etc for 5 minutes or x amount of things harvested.

if we have pvp content it would diminish a lot of issues that are a side effect of the lack of it. Jorbtar should work on this instead of anything else atm.

The resources are there but making the whole system you described is akin to making a whole new game.
Im not saying I dont want to see it I just think they wont go for this idea unless they start a new game.
