Winter needs to be 3 days max

The ice needs to full freeze all the water and it should last 3 days total. I like exploring on sleds and shit but this is honestly hard to defend its so fucking boring and its like youre practically begging players to go look for other games to play.

Winter is the best season in this game after they added mound beds. It's a bit of a pity that it's already shorter than the other seasons.
You can use the sleds to move around which are a much faster mode of transportation and much safer and far more unrestricted than horses or ships.

I also like that they added the winter version of stoats to obtain a luxury hide from a rarer animal.

In the lands of the Wizard of OZ the center of that world - Emerald City - is surrounded by a giant desert. In the real world the biggest desert on Earth is the antarctic polar desert.

In addition to the snow representing the tops of mountains and the Winter, they should go as far as to surround the whole map with a snow desert and have giants and other mishaps worse than any bat dungeon guard the areas to prevent people from traversing along the edges.

If anything it's too short, but the dearth of content doesn't really justify it being longer. Needs a winter dungeon or something.

Winter will never be good. It's comparison between almost 20 yrs of development vs 6 (6 is too much because focus wasn't on winter lol).

Winter is *literally* unplayable/game ruining for the people who dislike winter.

But also there were literally 0 fights this world, so maybe it doesn't matter if there can't be fights 1/7th of the time.

If something makes several of the usual suspects seethe then its probably a good thing. Winter should be almost as long as a mound bed last but definitely needs a lot more content to make it more enjoyable.
