Increased Interaction Range For Quest Trees

Let us interact with quest trees that we are able to see in our range.
This idea is to prevent this:

This will eliminate many cases of isolation and restricted access to the quest giver.
Or replace small palisades with small bases.

A small issue with transferring items—do you have to throw them across the map?

The main question is: is it possible to interact with a tree on a personal claim? Or will it say the tree belongs to someone who has a claim to the territory?

If we get the "Report back" option on distance interaction, I don't see why can't we get the "Deliver" option as well.

Man this would make cave questing, like, 30% easier when you see your QG but have to dig a hole to the next cave to reach him.

Yes, it's possible, but it doesn't seem logical.

I think when we bring something to someone who's giving us a task, we carefully place it at their feet - like a gift. They hardly have the hands to pick up or catch things. While you can report a completed task from a distance by shouting loudly, putting something down seems like you have to get very close. I don't think they'd appreciate it if we threw gifts at them.

Logic can be ignored for convenience, but it's better to have some logic or some kind of explanation.

Suspend your disbelief here brother, you're hauling a dead fish to somehow disappear it into a talking tree that could in turn empty your stomach for a small percentage so you could go and eat a whole cupboard of cheese you made in two days. Is a small price to pay. Maybe they'll add the magical sparkles around you when you complete a quest just to reinforce the immersion.

Yes, I agree, it's a small price to pay. But if they added sparkles around the player, as if some magic was taking the item, I'd be at peace.

You're profiling and you don't even notice it anymore, do you. Couldn't even refrain from an off-topic thread-derailing comment, you little righteous rascal.

If you have some axe to grind with me, my PMs are open. But I really think you neither can nor want to do it without an audience.

"Don't bullshit the bullshitter" is a good rule of thumb. If you have a genuine critique of my opinion, state it please. I have reasons to believe you have a critique of my character (or, rather, your inaccurate 2-dimensional perception of it) and, knowingly or inadvertently, you brought it up here.

So, please elaborate how my opinion of excessant cosmetcis in game, stated in another thread, should reflect on the comment you referred to in your initial reply?
