Both suggestions sound interesting. At my dacha, snakes like to sleep in piles of collected leaves. There are no scorpions, but if this can somehow be tied to the location, it would be logical.
However, the chance should be low. This would prevent snakes from being farmed this way, and every pile of leaves wouldn't lead to a fight with either a snake or a scorpion.

Although if you set it up so the chance was low, I don't think bots would walk around kicking leaf piles. Unlike people, who do it while going about their business.
But then again, I'm all for snakes and scorpions in leaf piles, but I don't want it to become a way to farm them, and the bear thing was just a joke.
