mountains that you cant get down because camera is buggy and they are so high? Your character very realistically jumping like 200 meter cliffs up and down like its nothing?

Very true.

Aww yeah, bossman Haven guy.

Srsly, though, there will be QQ when we do add limitations to the ridges.

Wearable rope with realistic climbing animation to traverse a cliff, problem solved.

I dont see anything wrong in carrying 200 meter long ropes and throwing them on cliffs.

But you don't agree carrying a rope and climbing up or down a cliff is more realistic than how it is currently?

So looking forward to that limitation... bugged my brain out when I saw that first 200 meter jump.

Honestly we had experience with Salem showing climbing mechanics as "neat in theory, shitty as hell in practice".

Could we just change it to a climbing animation that takes longer up/down for large cliffs?

I have zero issues with terraforming as is currently. Also I doubt many people have metal shovels yet, which are endgame terraforming speed.

Haha, that was my guess as well, either that or they found relatively flat land and terraformed it. Relatively flat land is the only thing that is somewhat reasonable when terraforming in my experience.

Climbing animation + taking longer would be a good start at least. For high cliffs that is. Smaller ones we should still be able to hop over.
