maybe also add some sort of AI tribe that sells random goods. maybe unkillable. or relatively hard to kill. have their stats average with top 100 players stats.

Generally adding NPCs might be some sort of fun, but HnH never had them... So I don't know how would it feel. Maybe their caravan may be some kind of a really rare spawn just like foragebles or animals?..

Doubt HnH will ever have npcs.
