Best option againts bots imo is either watch all the characters to see if they seem to be botting(Jorb who said it is hard to watch 200-300 players, you dont have 200-300 players, it would take an hour tops for me to control 200-300 for me) Or try and detect how the bots do the work, not the work(eq clicking the same pixel everytime, game ticks per minute, the same intervals between clicks etc)
It's not so easy, because just like runescape, every time they crack the code on bots, the botters just create new bots that act random enough to pass as a player. They don't even try to stop it anymore.
What makes you think a small indie game crew can do what a giant company cant?
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
