How do you have trouble getting STR? There's like 2 AGI foods and it's the only stat that matters.

It is, but making lot of it is difficult due to rarity of grubs.

Mining alts still need str. I think AGI is quite easy to get by spamming DDD and honeybuns.

Crêpe Citrouille is good for strength mid tier
go forage more and pick all the mushrooms
cheese is best for the 4-5 cheeses that give strength, 3 give +2 but i don't think the last one is worth it unless you're a no life or bored. musky milben is pretty good imo, lots of cheese
boar/pig/bear/moose and most sausage that come from those

agility and con are the easier stats to raise in my opinion. with psyche and dex being the more difficult, maybe charisma
