Two small issues with criminal scents/being raided

i was rebuild palisade every 3 days after i was raided, it have been dry on day 45 (real days) (from 10 may until 30 april) \\ someone realy hates me

why its bashable on claim with shield? i dont understand (white perm are good setted)

To prevent people from using palisades+claims to grief.

Made it so that the first wall segment in an extension has a shorter drying time (~12hrs) if it is built adjacent to an already wholly dried wall segment. Do note that this applies to the first segment of the extension only, rather than to a whole extension.

maybe it should be a bit faster but eventually the wall should fully close up again unless they REALLY wanna fuck with you but coming back that often for it would be pretty annoying heh
