About 3 days of play time for me just goofing off here and there, not counting what I've spent on studying random curios. Haven't actually blown any on magic yet. I'm sure an active player with an XP farm AND running a lot of quests would get there a good bit faster. Still seems slow to me, though, even if it's under 24 hours of play, and that would be a LOT of quests in a short period of time.
Being an upstanding member of a realm and granted xp to use is a boon, but not everyone is that upstanding of a member to receive such a boon, or isn't a member of a realm.
Seems like a reasonable request to me. An inherited character is already going to have a good bit of INT developed and a lot of LP to spend rebuying skills.
