now please fix realm buffs. reduce cooldown for a few days please its unfair we all have to be punished for someone elses fuckup. this isn't the military we shouldn't have group beatings until morale improves here

It was mentioned in the announcement thread, but we kind of did that. More precisely, we made the permanent change that the cooldown is only applied to rescinding of realm buffs, but not to enacting them.
