The Egyptians compared the first rain, thanks to which the seeds of plants began to germinate, with learning, preparing a person for intellectual life: rain or dew served as symbols of the clarification of religious truths.

Maybe balance the future "getting wet" debuff giving some kind of buff? Like picking nettles rn, you take damage but also get a buff.
It would be possible to give a small buff to intelligence and will for a long stay in the rain.

Collecting rainwater can be justified as one of the quests for questgivers, for example. "Bring rain water." Or as a touch on the hypothetical credo of the Alchemist, and which, in addition to the tasks "collect x rainwater", there can be tasks "get wet in the rain" or "dry after the rain", here you can think of a lot of other things, of course. But the Alchemist's credo would be interesting idea.

Drop saturation while raining, heavier it gets the more black and white things are.

Also gloss on the tar kiln A+ gloss on the stick pile... looks like wet hotdogs. IMO disable gloss on anything that looks like shit and just get back to it later, you guys got cooler shit to deal with then annoying stuff like that.

Once the rain can be localized, i'd like to see it increase crop growth speed. This adds the possibility of a new hearth magic called rain dance which requires a totem/shrine (powered by numen)?

A rain dance in general makes sense, but how are the ancestors going to make it rain? Maybe I'm out of touch with Haven lore but I haven't heard of the ancestors being able to control nature.

I wasn't considering whether it's in line with lore, was merely throwing out the first thing that popped into my mind.
I do feel that if its out of line with lore it shouldn't be implemented that way, thanks for the correction.

I suggested this some time ago but now it makes even more sense.

Add in an indoor fireplace/hearth that is placed against the interior wall of a building, it would function identically to a normal campfire, and would require stone and bricks to build.

Good suggestion, even if not new by any means. However, the actual buildings 3D models would require an update to include a chimney that's visibly smoking from the outside. I suppose you wouldn't want to be asphyxiated inside of your own house, would you?
This, of course, could be postponed until custom building shapes update comes around, which could take a while, if it's still being considered.
