Perhaps it's worth increasing the cost of rage to 50,000 LP, but I'm not sure if it will have an effect. I'm more than sure that 85% of players don't know that the owner of the claim can invite people to the party and they will all be able to aggro enemies on their personal claim. (so the theoretical advantage in combat skills will not be used in any case.
But the cost of vandalism should be increased, perhaps by 25 thousand and the cost of siegecraft should be reduced by the same 25 thousand.
If everyone likes the trick with the cave and the claim, you can make an analogue by raising the soak of the timber house from 7 to 9 or 10.
