Forum Suggestion: Bad Apples

HnH is like the last game that has an active forum in the current year. Considering how small the game is, that is pretty impressive.

I appreciate those who mean well in this thread, but let's please stay on topic. This thread is not about preserving my fee-fees because someone said something mean on the internet. This thread is about keeping Critique and Ideas, and the wider forum in general, useful by cutting down on spam, and allowing those of all colors and creeds to participate.

They aren't going to participate here if certain bad-tempered folks continue to use slurs, curse them out, and otherwise act like children in the worst way. 'OK, then they don't belong here' is not an acceptable solution. It's a lazy one.

We can do better.

P.S. Likewise, those of us who would suggest and discuss meaningful changes to the game find it difficult to do so on account of the spam, trolling, and rage baiting behavior continuing ad nauseam. Any measure that curtails disruptive behavior would go a long way towards promoting quality discussion, rather than allowing it to be assassinated on the reg.
