New Hunger changes

Doing your idea and feeding a miner would be a huge time sink and you'd end up benefiting everyone else on the server anyways. + you dont even know if ur FEP dump charcter is the top 1 on the server, which according to the description is rly the only relevant one for the hunger decay.

I THINK the system is way better now than what we used to have, i just wish ALL FORMS of hunger reduction were gone, not everyone agrees with cutlery but i think everyone agrees salt and hunger questing should just go, there is really no cacophony here.
